Tour Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to change or alter itineraries, without refund and without notice, as necessary for road, weather and other factors affecting safety and logistics.

Personal belongings remain the sole responsibility of the owner. We and our employees will not accept liability for loss or damage to personal property howsoever caused.

We reserve the right to refuse passage to any person who is intoxicated, abusive, or indecent.

Family rate AU$660.00 - Family is 2 Adults and 2 Children (CHILD must be aged 4-12yrs old). In general these tours are not suitable for young children or people who cannot act in a sensible and appropriate adult like manner - wildlife spotting requires personal control over movement and noise and most children have too much energy for serious wildlife spotting. Our tours are not suitable for infants, unless a Private Charter option is considered.

Cancellation fee of 100% applies if the tour is cancelled three days or less before the scheduled departure time and date. A 15% admin fee may apply if the tour is cancelled four days or more before the scheduled departure time and date. (At the discretion of the operator).

We reserve the right to cancel tours, as necessary for road, weather and other factors affecting safety and logistics - Cancellation by us - our liability is limited to actual monies paid to us by the booking party.
