Tour Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to cancel tours or alter itineraries as necessary for road, weather and other factors affecting safety and logistics.

Personal belongings remain the sole responsibility of the owner. We and our employees will not accept liability for loss or damage to personal property howsoever caused.

We reserve the right to refuse passage to any person who is intoxicated, abusive, or indecent.

Cancellation fee of 100% applies if tour is cancelled three days or less before the scheduled departure time and date.

Cancellation by us — our liability is limited to actual monies paid to us by the booking party.
